Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Claridad account and the data associated with it.
What will be deleted
Your profile and sign-in, server-side meditation progress, notifications, and support messages will be deleted. Claridad data stored locally on this device will be cleared when deletion is completed here.
Billing and retained records
Any active Claridad subscription and Stripe customer profile are cancelled or deleted before your account is removed. Payment or tax records that Claridad or its payment provider must legally retain may remain for the required period, separate from product use.
How it works
Enter the email used for your account. If it matches an account, we send a secure link valid for 24 hours. Nothing is deleted until you open the link and confirm.
