Your use of Claridad - https://claridad.io constitutes your acceptance of all the Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
Claridad - https://claridad.io is a mobile application for Android and iOS linked to a website that offers users a complete guided-meditation experience through audio, text and video content. Claridad - https://claridad.io is not a form of medicine to cure illnesses or mental disorders. If you are suffering from any injury or illness, please visit a trusted doctor, psychologist or therapist. Claridad provides a web and mobile application interface for its users. It allows users to access multimedia content and practice meditation from anywhere using the mobile app while connected to the internet. Claridad users create a profile with an email address, register through Facebook, and can view their progress and statistics within the app.
Due to our freemium business model, Claridad users can purchase content using in-app payments. The item available for purchase is: the subscription, which unlocks access to all content, weekly themes, images and audio related to guided meditation and mindfulness. It renews automatically at the end of each subscription period and costs $4.90 per month.

Electronic communication

Cancellation / refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect in the next period / month, which means you will still be charged for the current month. Please contact us at info@claridad.io to resolve any questions about your subscription.
Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Claridad is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation of your account. Claridad and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Claridad collects information while you are online and is a mobile application available worldwide. If you are under 18 years old, you may use Claridad - https://claridad.io only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Claridad's content is not for resale. Third-party accounts
You may connect your Claridad account to third-party accounts. By connecting your Claridad account to a third-party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous disclosure of your information to third parties (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this way, do not use this feature.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Claridad, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of the terms of this Agreement or your violation of the rights of a third party, or your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations. Claridad reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will fully cooperate with Claridad in asserting any available defenses.
